Summary
The System Analysis & Documentation Intern will support StartupLab in understanding system requirements, preparing documentation, creating workflow diagrams, and assisting in translating business needs into clear technical specifications. You will collaborate with developers, project coordinators, and QA interns to ensure accurate and organized documentation for internal systems and client projects.
This role is ideal for students who want experience in system analysis, documentation writing, process mapping, and technical communication. Full guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Prepare documentation such as user guides, technical notes, and process documents
- Create workflow diagrams and flowcharts for systems and features
- Support communication between developers, QA, and project coordinators
- Document updates, changes, and system behavior
- Help clarify requirements and translate them into simple technical language
- Review existing documents and recommend improvements
- Organize digital documentation files and maintain version control

Qualifications
Educational
- Open to IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Must be enrolled in an OJT / internship program
Experience
- Experience creating flowcharts or diagrams (school or personal projects)
- Basic understanding of system requirements or SDLC from coursework
- Experience writing documentation or reports for school activities
- No professional experience required
