Summary
The Web Development Intern will assist in building, updating, and maintaining StartupLab’s internal platforms, websites, and digital tools. You will work with the software development team to implement features, fix bugs, improve UI components, and support testing activities.
This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack development. Interns will receive guidance in coding best practices, version control, and real-world web application development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing frontend interfaces and website components
- Support backend logic, APIs, or database-related tasks
- Fix bugs and perform code improvements based on feedback
- Help integrate new features into existing systems
- Collaborate with designers and system analysts on UI/UX alignment
- Test website functionality and report issues
- Document code changes and project notes
- Participate in sprint meetings and technical discussions

Qualifications
Educational

- Portfolio or sample code (GitHub, Google Drive, or screenshots)
- Basic experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with frameworks (React, Laravel, Node.js, etc.) is an advantage but not required
